We believe that children are a heritage of the Lord and we seek to train them in God’s Word while they are young.  We offer classes from Nursery all the way through juniors. During Sunday school, the children are taught not only the principles of God’s Word but how to put those principles into action. The children are challenged to learn God’s Word, to know the Lord, and grow in His grace and knowledge. We also have fun filled activities and illustrations to help the children learn.

We have the following Sunday school classes for children:

Nursery- 0-3- Our staff is prepared and ready to love and care for the babies and children that are in their care. This class also has a Sunday school lesson during each church service. There is nursery provided for all of the events and activities that are going on at Central Baptist Church

Beginners- 3-5 year olds

Primaries- 1^st-3^rd Grade

Juniors- 4^th– 6^th Grade

Separate children’s church is offered for the 3-5 year olds and 1^st-6^th graders.

We also have Master Club Ministries for the children throughout the school year. Each week they are challenged to learn memory verses, study God’s Word, and learn how to grow in their Christian faith. Master Club also has a fun time of games and activities such as the Pine Car Derby.

Children also have an opportunity to go to summer camp and have other planned activities throughout the year such as the Fall Festival.

During the summer, we have a Wednesday night program available for the children. We also have Vacation Bible School every year.
